Where is my parcel? After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered in the United States. If these times are exceeded, please contact our customer service department.

Where can I find my tracking code? As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Please also check your junk mail folder, as our e-mails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time for your tracking link to become active.
